Our resident photographer and story-teller, Dave LaBriere, will be sharing his 40-plus years of photography skills at the August General Meeting! If you’ve ever wanted to know why some car photos “pop” and some “dud”, here’s your chance! Dave will be talking about lighting, framing, exposure, weather, and capturing that “just right” shot. He’ll have examples of good and not-so-good photos and show why they are. If you are thinking of submitting some photos of your car into the 2026 Calendar Contest, this will be a great help!
We will meet at the Old Spaghetti Factory in Portland, 715 S Bancroft St. (MAP HERE). Cocktails & mingling at 6:30; dinner at 7:00, and the program will start around 7:45. Please bring $25 in cash to cover dinner. Drinks are on your own.
