REMEMBERING ONE OF AROO’S BRIGHTEST LIGHTS
While this is a general event for all of his family and friends, the Alfa Romeo community was a big part of Dave’s life. At the family’s request, we are encouraged to bring our Alfas where we will have a prominent reserved parking space. Plus, be sure to wear your Alfa Romeo gear!
AROO CARAVAN TO THE BEACH FARM AT 1PM
(Optional for those not attending Military Ceremony) — Gather no later than 1 p.m. at the Holiday Inn Portland I-5 South at 25425 SW 95th Avenue, Wilsonville, OR 97070 — just to the west of I-5 at Exit 286. (Some may recall this hotel as our departure point for the Northwest Classic a few years back.) We will assemble on the dead-end street SW Commerce Circle, on the south side of the hotel. We will depart at 1:05 p.m. SHARP to drive to the property which is a short 10-minute drive away.
PROGRAM
1:00 pm — Military Honors Ceremony at Pleasant View Cemetery (Very limited seating, but for family and close friends)
1:30 pm — Welcome and Memory/Story Sharing
2-4 pm — Ice Cream provided by Mobile Scoops and explore Exhibits/Slideshow/Music, additional Memory/Story Sharing time
