May 9, 2026. Meet at 10 AM
(Note – tour has been pushed out a week due to a conflict with events on the coast. Now May 9)
Join Bill Gillham, the original “Hooligan” as he leads us on a set of fun, fast, twisty roads heading out to the coast! The event will run Rain or Shine. We will start at 10:00 AM at the I-5 Santiam South Rest Area. Bring a Snack and a Full Tank. Bill will provide rally-style instructions to those who RSVP.
Bill has owned Hooligan since July of ’86. It has 360,000 miles, and has always been an Oregon car, so it’s seen rain! Hooligan will see Ogden in September for the National Convention!
