AROO at Vintage Underground and the Haugland Collection

The great folks at Vintage Underground have invited AROO to tour their incredible facilities in Eugene on Sunday, November 16th. Vintage Underground now spans three separate buildings in Eugene; we’ll start at their main shop and then visit the other two specific-purpose shops in town. After a break for lunch, Alex and Amy Haugland have invited us to tour one or more of the buildings housing their amazing collection! It’s an action-packed day, happening rain-or-shine – come on down to Eugene in whatever you can!
Here’s the schedule of events:
- 8:00 am – meet at Baldock Rest Area (I-5 South) right outside of Wilsonville. Map HERE
- 8:15 am – leave for Vintage Underground – no tour, as it going to be a packed day!
- 10:00 am – 10:40 am: Coffee and donuts and tour of Vintage Underground’s main shop, 630 Garfield Street – Map HERE
- 10:45 am-11:20 am: Tour of our metal and dynamics shop, 540 Wilson Street
- 11:25 am – 12:00 pm: Tour of our showroom / upholstery shop, 4085 W. 11th Avenue
- 12:00 – 1:00 pm: Lunch break at Forrester’s Bar & Grill, 1190 City View Street, Eugene
- 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm: Tour of the Haugland Collection (address will be provided on the day of the visit)
You are welcome to drive down, up or over at your own pace – you don’t have to join the group!
